Founded in 1982, the Unibanco Institute works to improve public education in Brazil through educational management for continuous advancement. The Institute supports and develops management solutions to increase the efficiency of teaching in public schools. In addition to sustainable learning outcomes, it works for equity in education, both among schools and within each school, based on four core values: Valuing diversity, accelerating transformations, connecting ideas, and being evidence-based. The Unibanco Institute supports actions and projects in five areas: 1. Design, develop, implement, and evaluate solutions for educational management; 2. Produce and disseminate knowledge about these solutions, based on empirical evidence and scientific research; 3. Support initiatives to overcome the challenges of High School; 4. Occupy strategic positions and intensify articulation with key actors and decision-makers in public policy in the field of education; 5. Be grounded in evidence. The Unibanco Institute is supported by an endowment fund, which ensures its strategic alignment and the free provision of services and products to education secretariats, schools, education professionals, and students participating in its projects.
