The Brazilian Volleyball Confederation (CBV) was founded on August 16, 1954. Over the years, it has transformed Brazilian volleyball into a title-winning machine and a reference in management. Brazilian volleyball has accumulated five Olympic titles on the court. On the sand, three gold medals have been won. In addition to these titles, there are 10 more medals in beach volleyball, seven silver and three bronze. On the court, another five medals have been won - three silver and two bronze.
